1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as "User", "Player", or "you") and sbk21 (hereinafter referred to as "sbk21", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://sbk21.cam.

By registering an account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a promotion, or otherwise using any feature of the sbk21 platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the sbk21 platform and refrain from creating or accessing any account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a User on the sbk21 platform for the purpose of accessing Platform Services.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback award, or other non-cash benefit granted to a User by sbk21 under specified conditions.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real funds from a User's designated payment method into the User's Account Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process mandated by sbk21 prior to any withdrawal request being processed.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the sbk21 platform are denominated.
• "Platform Services" means all features, products, and services offered through the sbk21 platform, including but not limited to live casino games, online slots, sports betting, crash games, and promotional programmes.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the sbk21 platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or sbk21's internal compliance policies.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting turnover a User must complete before Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's Account Balance to a designated external payment account.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the sbk21 platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. sbk21 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the User is found to be, or is suspected of being, under the age of 21. Any winnings accrued by an underage User will be forfeited in their entirety.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account or placing any wagers. sbk21 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. Users accessing the platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk and may have their accounts suspended without notice.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the sbk21 platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.4 Acting on Own Behalf

By registering an Account, you confirm that you are acting entirely on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party. Accounts registered on behalf of third parties are not permitted.

4. Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the account registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any time at our discretion, sbk21 may require you to complete a KYC verification process. Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to:

• A valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back photographs;
• A valid passport — biographical data page;
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your registered Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay account).

Failure to submit satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by sbk21 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. sbk21 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify sbk21 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. sbk21 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access attributable to the User's failure to safeguard their credentials.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sbk21 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange) bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other FPX-enabled institutions, as well as cryptocurrency deposits in USDT and BTC. The availability of specific payment methods may vary without advance notice.

5.2 Deposit Currency

All deposits are accepted and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional context. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on the selected payment channel and your account tier.

5.3 Deposit Processing

E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically credited to your account within seconds of successful transaction confirmation. FPX bank transfer deposits may take between 5 and 15 minutes depending on the participating bank's processing schedule.

5.4 Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. sbk21 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be voided, the funds returned to the originating account where possible, and the User's account may be suspended pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible for a withdrawal, a User must have: (a) a fully KYC-verified account; (b) satisfied all applicable Wagering Requirements associated with any active Bonus; (c) a withdrawal amount within their applicable daily and weekly withdrawal limits; and (d) an account in good standing with no active disputes or compliance flags.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

sbk21 targets the following withdrawal processing timelines for fully verified accounts under normal operating conditions:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: typically 5–30 minutes;
• DuitNow Instant Transfer: typically instant to 15 minutes;
• FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, etc.): typically 30 minutes to 2 business hours;
• Cryptocurrency (USDT / BTC): subject to blockchain confirmation times.

These timelines are targets and not guarantees. Withdrawal processing may be delayed during periods of high platform volume, bank maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.

6.3 Withdrawal Method Consistency

sbk21 applies a withdrawal-to-deposit method matching policy where operationally feasible. This means that winnings derived from a deposit made via a specific payment method (e.g., Maybank FPX) will, in the first instance, be returned to that same payment method. Where this is not possible, alternative withdrawal options will be offered.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request, subject to variation based on the selected withdrawal channel. Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within the Account dashboard.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and other rewards offered by sbk21 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion. Where any conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details prior to the User opting in. sbk21 does not retroactively apply Wagering Requirements to promotions after a User has already accepted them.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

sbk21 reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus, void any Bonus-derived winnings, and suspend the Account of any User who is found to be engaging in Bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: the exploitation of technical errors or loopholes, coordinated wagering with other accounts to guarantee outcomes, the use of arbitrage betting strategies to satisfy Wagering Requirements, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry date, which will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated Wagering Requirements that have not been completed prior to the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.

8. Betting Rules & Game Terms

8.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on the sbk21 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, sbk21 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's account. Markets covered include Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international sports and events.

8.2 Live Casino

Live casino games — including but not limited to Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo — are governed by the rules of the respective game as applied by the live dealer studio operating the table. sbk21 does not manufacture, modify, or control the game software or dealer conduct in live casino streams.

8.3 RNG Games

All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games available on the sbk21 platform — including slots, crash games, and instant-win titles — use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures are accurate to the best of sbk21's knowledge and are based on information provided by the respective game studio.

8.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on sbk21. These limits may vary by game type, market, and account tier. Current limits are displayed within the game or market interface at the time of play.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sbk21 platform. Users found to be engaged in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account;
• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Using automated software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the platform;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform software;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms;
• Using payment methods belonging to third parties or making deposits from accounts not registered in your own name;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals on deposits already used for wagering.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by sbk21

sbk21 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where sbk21 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) the account is being used in a manner that exposes sbk21 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk; (c) the User has failed to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe; or (d) a regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction has ordered the suspension or closure of the account.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A User may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting sbk21 customer support via the platform's live chat. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to the completion of applicable KYC requirements and a final review of all outstanding wagers and bonus conditions.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and are irreversible for the duration of the selected exclusion period. 11. Responsible Gambling

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the sbk21 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, software, and the overall platform design — is the property of sbk21 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the sbk21 platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written consent of sbk21 or, where applicable, the relevant third-party rights holder.

sbk21 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: (a) copying, scraping, or distributing any platform content; (b) reverse engineering any platform software; or (c) using automated systems to access or interact with the platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sbk21 and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible loss — arising out of or related to your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the sbk21 platform.

sbk21's total liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sbk21 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond sbk21's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, force majeure events, third-party payment system outages, or regulatory interventions.

14. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by sbk21 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary: sbk21 collects personal data strictly for the purposes of account operation, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party marketers. All data is stored on encrypted servers and accessed only by authorised personnel.

15. Amendments to These Terms

sbk21 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, sbk21 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or an on-platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the sbk21 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any revision, you must cease using the platform immediately and may request the closure of your account as described in Section 10.2 above.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sbk21 holds its gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be subject to a good-faith resolution process between the User and sbk21.

Users are encouraged to raise disputes or complaints in the first instance by contacting sbk21 customer support via the platform's live chat channel. sbk21 commits to responding to formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties may agree to refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as communicated by sbk21 upon request.

Nothing in this clause limits a User's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
